Otherwise, I am an out-of-network provider. I can provide you with the appropriate documentation to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

    As an active member of The Gender Affirming Letter Access Project, I provide free evaluations and assessments to folks seeking my services solely for this purpose.

    If you have significant financial privilege, and you want to support other community members’ access mental health care in my practice, you are welcomed to pay my full/partial individual psychotherapy fee for gender-affirming evaluations.
